I love Maruca. Have bought several. Use every day. Very disappointed in this transaction. Maruce definitely failed on "customer service" on th is one. The "ring" in the wristlet did not open. Asked for return. Hassled with e-mails, request for pictures, instructions to open it—it is clearly faulty. Still have not received a replacement. It’s cheap $—what’s the problem?
