Poet Bag

I own (and use) just about every moderate to large size bag that Maruca has made over the past 20+ years. In multiple colors. But the Poet bag surpasses them all. The wide strap lets me comfortably carry too much; the outside zip keeps clutter-y things outta the main compartment and secure. The open pockets keep things (like my prosthetic repair kit and cell phone) close at hand for emergencies. And the big zip is the perfect size for the iPad. I love this bag.

I first bought a Maruca bag on a trip to Hawaii. Since then I have shopped on the website and have found each of them beautiful, long-lasting, and a pleasure to use.

I love Maruca bags for their light weight,the fabulous fabrics, and the plentiful pockets. My new one is bigger and can hold my iPad as well as mail and all the smaller things I routinely carry.

Hurray!!! Just stopped by and notice Maruca has bright back the solid black, wide-width seatbelt-type strap!! I had a black Worker Bee with the black strap and loved that bag into oblivion…. Anyway, thrilled to see this elegant, functional strap back in design production. All best wishes. -Wendy
