First their description which is lacking:
1) the two open exterior pockets under the flap provide easy access
2) 7"H x 10"W x 2.5"D, 2.5" Boxed Bottom
I fully expected my 6 1/4" phone to fit in an easy access pocket under the flap. I measured my phone before placing the order. Well... any phone taller that 5 1/4" does not fit, even though the side is 7"H!!! The pocket stops short of going to the bottom of the side.
So, I called Customer Service and she was very nice about about emailing a return slip to me. And.... she acknowledged that a redesign will come out next year... As I was describing the problem, she knew exactly what I was saying. Other people have had the same problem!
OK... MY PROBLEM, and those of others, was due to an incomplete description on the website!!!
IT'S AN INCONVENIENCE THAT NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP ON AND FIXED!
FURTHERMORE, TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, I WAS CHARGED $5 FOR MY RETURN WHICH WAS THEIR FAULT, not mine, DUE TO AN INADEQUATE DESCRIPTION.
I like the pocket purse I have, but want a purse with and over flap and something to secure the flap, even velcro or a hook, so my phone won't be hanging out where it can easily be seen by thieves.
