Maruca is the greatest!
I recently purchased my second Pocket Bag in Flora Grey. I’m a designer, and when it arrived, I was disappointed that the contrasting fabric was not the same as that shown on the website. Maruca promptly sent a replacement and was very nice about it. My first Pocket Bag is two years old and still looks great. More women ask where I got it than anything I wear or carry. The fabrics with designs from nature are my favorites.
So sorry about the mishap. Glad it was fixed. Dechen, our designer, is a total nature lover!
