When I received the wrong color of my new purse, they were very responsive and helped me return the wrong one and get the new one out quickly. This is my third Maruca purse.

My only purse
For over ten years this has been my only daily purse. It is light on my shoulders. The cord keeps it place very well and better than the strap on some of the bags. The cord is long enough to wear cross body or over my shoulder. The zipper front pocket carries papers I rarely need to reach, while the front open pocket carries my cell phone that is always easy to reach. The small pocket in the inside section carries my lipstick, hand sanitizer and lotion. I'm able to carry my glass case, credit cards, keys and other essential in the main section. When I travel I can easily slide it into my backpack or carry-on for later use. It wears fabulously. I usually want a new one long before I need a new one. None of them have looked bad even after years of use. It is always fun picking out the fabric selection. For me it is the perfect purse.
